Tenants are responsible for replacing or having replaced appropriately, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, fuses etc. as and when necessary during the tenancy and to ensure that all light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, fuses are in place and in working order at the end of the tenancy.

A lease confers on the leaseholder a type of ownership and with ownership comes responsibility to behave in a tenant like manner and replace consumables such as light bulbs. A tenancy is not a hotel stay.
