The rent shown on all our property listings refers to the amount of asking rent per calendar month (PCM) only. If anything else is included in this amount e.g. a gardening service, it will be explicitly detailed towards the top of the listing. Some property portals may automatically convert this figure to rent per week but this is made clear on the portal and the same rule as above applies.
