Curtains
As a minimum provide curtain poles or curtain rails for all windows in the property. The additional provision of blinds or curtains will make the property even more appealing to prospective tenants. Blinds are cheaper than curtains, more durable and last longer. For large windows, fit two blinds side by side rather than one long blind to keep costs and maintenance down and it is cheaper to replace just one side rather than one wide blind.
