No – we list all our properties in our Facebook group Glastonbury property for sale to let or wanted, on our website and on OnTheMarket. We also notify people who we know are actively looking for that type of property and location via WhatsApp. We also inform our current tenants who we know are looking to move about the availability of a property. Finally, where possible we place a highly visible ‘To Let’ board outside properties for let**.
Our Facebook group has nearly 2500 members (June 2023), mostly people looking for property to rent in the local area. Using these channels, we commonly receive the first enquiry in under 60 seconds! and sufficient quality leads to let property.
Did You Know?…..Within our catchment area, more properties are listed for let on OnTheMarket than you other property portal/website so savvy property hunters will search OnTheMarket first before looking elsewhere.
