The expiry date above should be the last day of the period of the tenancy in which you wish to terminate the tenancy OR the first day of the new period of the tenancy after which you wish to terminate the tenancy. In either case, the notice period must be the minimum required by your tenancy agreement – commonly at least one calendar month.
