As at 22nd January 2019 the total arrears on all properties on all tenancies since the company launched in 2010 stands at less than £2000 though action is currently being taken to recover all of the arrears. All staff undertake regular CPD training including annual legal update training and courses on industry specific topics which recently included the Tenant Fees Bill, Deregulation Act and Legionella Risk Management for Property Professionals.
