The Holding Deposit is different for every property and is shown in the written particulars (on our website and property portals) for the property. The Holding Deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rent and can be calculated by multiplying the monthly rent by 1.25 e.g. rent of £700 per calendar month = Holding Deposit of £875
