The first rental payment is to be made on or before the commencement of the proposed tenancy. If the tenancy commences on the 6th the rent due date will be the 6th day of each month (assuming monthly periodic). We ask that Standing Orders are set up for 3 days before rent due date to allow for clearance which can be delayed by weekends and bank holidays.
