To authorise the release of your Tenancy Deposit you will need your Repayment ID that the DPS e-mailed to you at the start of the tenancy. If the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) cannot send your Repayment ID reminder to your mobile, they will endeavour to send it to your registered e-mail address.
