As defined in our Tenant Information Pack: Anything which might be, or might reasonably be expected to become a hazard or danger to life or limb or to the fabric of the property itself is considered an Emergency.

Anything which simply affects your enjoyment of the property is not an Emergency. Contact details for emergencies are provided in the Tenant Information Pack. The tenant is liable for all charges that result from an ‘out of office’ call-out that was not a genuine Emergency and could have reasonably been delayed until the next working day.

Details of where to isolate the electricity, gas and water are briefed during Check-In and noted on the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report. If you are unsure of where to isolate these services, please contact the landlord or, for Full Management properties, contact Jungle Property details here
