As part of our in-house Business Management System (BMS) we have a detailed process (and documented procedure) for managing rent arrears. As all rents are paid by Standing Order, the rent arrears process is initiated at 1600 on the day the rent is due (or at 0900 on working days following weekends and bank holidays). Clients are welcome to see our BMS and the process for managing rent arrears by visiting our offices.
