Future Rent Payments
Future rent payments are made via Standing Order with the details contained in a partly completed Standing Order Mandate form provided at the Check-in.
For Full Management properties, future rent payments are made to Jungle Property. For Let Only properties, future rent payments are made to the landlord and should not be made to Jungle Property.
Tenants paying rent for more than one month in advance e.g. 6 months rent in advance will be advised in due course by Jungle Property (Full Management properties) or the landlord (Let Only properties) on details for any future rent payments.
