Monthly financial statements are kept in the latest tenancy folder for your property e.g. Dropbox\Acacia Drive (23)\Tenancy October 2023 .The monthly statements are deleted at the end of each tax year and replaced by an annual financial statement covering the whole of the tax year. If you need a statement(s) for any other periods, please let us know and we will gladly provide.
