Monthly financial statements are kept in the current tenancy folder for your property e.g. Dropbox\Acacia Drive (23)\Tenancy October 2023 . The monthly statements are deleted at the end of each tax year and replaced by an annual financial statement covering the whole of the tax year just ended. Annual financial statements for previous tenancies are stored in the then current tenancy folder e.g. Dropbox\Acacia Drive (23)\Tenancy October 2015.
