The purpose of the pre Check-Out inspection is:
• Answer any questions you may have about the end of tenancy process or the Check-Out
• Check that you have received confirmation of the Check-Out appointment
• Optionally check the property against the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report
• Remind you of any Special Conditions in the Tenancy Agreement that are specific to the end of the tenancy
• Remind you to complete the Check-Out Form before the Check-Out
