I am self-employed, what evidence do I need to provide for referencing purposes?

If you have been self-employed for less than 12 months, it is unlikely you will be offered a tenancy.

If you have been self-employed for longer than 12 months you must provide us with a copy of your most recent SA302 form which is a summary of your income that has been reported to HMRC or your most recent SA100 Self Assessment tax return.

We are unable to accept bank statements as proof of income.
