How often are periodic visits carried out?

For Full Management properties, the first periodic visit takes place no longer than 2 months after the start of the tenancy and at a periodicity of no longer than 6 months thereafter. At the discretion of the landlord or his agent, visits may be relaxed to a less frequent periodicity.
