Any items brought to the attention of the landlord as part of the Pre Check-In Check are observations we have made at the property during our final check before the start of the tenancy. What action, if any, the landlord takes for each of those items is their choice. Items that would prevent the tenancy from starting would be brought to the attention of the landlord for immediate action.
