However it is common with websites if there is no response to a data request, the connection timed out error message appears after 30 to 60 seconds. There are many factors that could cause this including internet connection. If you wish to save a partly completed form, and continue filling out the form later, use the SAVE button at the bottom of the form and a link will be sent to you via e-mail.
