If my offer is accepted what are the next steps?

The granting of a tenancy will be subject to:

Satisfactory inspection of your current home (optional)

• Signing of a Reservation Agreement
• Payment of a Holding Deposit
• Completion of tenant reference application and satisfactory references
• Provision of proof of immigration status
• Provision of proof of personal identity
• Provision of proof of current address
• Completion of a Pet Request Form (where applicable)
• Signing of a Tenancy Agreement
• Payment of a Tenancy Deposit
• Payment of remainder of Initial Rent

Only on completion of all the above will you be granted a tenancy.
