For the avoidance of doubt, consent to pass personal details to the landlord is explicitly stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Reservation Agreement. Tenant’s details are passed to the landlord initially in the tenant’s reference report and are also contained in the Prescribed Information Relating to Tenancy Deposits.

The reasonable costs referred to in the Terms and Conditions includes losses for potential rent. The losses for potential rent are calculated on a daily basis as follows: Monthly Rent (£) multiplied by 12 (months) divided by 365 (days). The period for calculation of losses for potential rent will begin on the date the agreement is signed and dated and will end when your application is withdrawn.

If the tenancy commences on the 6th the rent due date will be the 6th day of each month (assuming monthly periodic). We ask that Standing Orders are set up for 3 days before rent due date to allow for clearance which can be delayed by weekends and bank holidays.
