  • Will my tenancy be extended beyond the initial period?

    There is no guarantee any tenancy on any property will be allowed  to continue beyond the initial period of the tenancy.   • Can I end my tenancy early?

    You cannot end your tenancy within the fixed term without penalty. The Tenancy Agreement you signed is a legally binding contract for a fixed term so you are liable to pay rent for the whole of the term.
