Yes – If you were notified of the periodic visit via letter or e-mail direct from Jungle Property you can request a new appointment by letter, e-mail, or using our online appointment request facility here or contact our office via telephone here
If you were notified of the periodic visit via e-mail from our online repair request system you can decline the appointment and arrange a new appointment via the online repair request system or alternatively send a message to the person conducting the visit via the online repair request system.
