- Verifying compliance with the terms of the tenancy agreement

- Verifying compliance with the terms of the landlord’s mortgage and insurance policy
- Checking the tenant is happy with the property
Periodic visits are not:
- Check of the entire property against the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report
- Inspection or survey requiring specialist skills, knowledge, and experience
- HHSRS assessment
