To identify which key belongs to which property secure access must be obtained to our property management system. Keys are only removed from the safe for visits to the property by members of staff e.g. to undertake periodic inspections or by authorised contractors who have been instructed to carry out work at the property. As at 22nd January 2019 the total arrears on all properties on all tenancies since the company launched in 2010 stands at less than £2000 though action is currently being taken to recover all of the arrears.
