If I pay the holding deposit will you process any other applications for the property?
Immediately we receive the completed Reservation Agreement and Holding Deposit we will cease carrying out further viewings of the property and will not accept any new offers to rent the property whilst we carry out tenant referencing and check the immigration status for all applicants who are included in your application.

Can I complete a paper copy of the Reservation Agreement?
Yes simply print the Reservation Agreement from the Jungle Property website here, complete the agreement and return it to our office together with any associated documentation.
Can I pay 3 or 6 months rent in advance?
Yes – you can pay rent in advance for the entire fixed term if you wish though we would not normally expect a tenant to pay more than one months’ rent in advance unless a risk was identified in the tenant reference e.g. failed affordability assessment, applicant not lived in the UK for 12 months.
