Any request to vary the rent day will be subject to the approval of the landlord. If approved, the variation of the tenancy would be executed as a deed so we would draft and send you a Deed for Variation of Agreement which would need to be signed, witnessed and returned to Jungle Property. We would also send you a copy of a revised Standing Order Mandate form.
Finally, for arranging the variation of a tenancy at the tenant’s request there is a fee equivalent to two hours at the prevailing hourly rate for Professional Fees on the date the request is agreed as published on our website. This fee must be paid in advance of us taking any action to vary the tenancy.
