Yes – a copy of the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report is provided to the landlord and tenant immediately after compilation.
A signed copy of the report is given to the tenant at the Check-In. For Let Only properties, a signed copy of the report is sent to the landlord after the Check-In. For Full Management properties, a signed copy of the report is held on file.
