Gas – If you smell gas or are worried about gas safety call 0800 111 999 at any time, day or night. If you experience any problems with the supply of gas to your property call the local gas Distribution Network Operator (DNO). Your DNO can be found here

Sewerage – If you experience a blocked lateral drain or sewer or sewerage flooding call Wessex Water on 0845 600 4 600 (Glastonbury office catchment area only).

Water Leak – If you experience a major water leak in the property, isolate the water at the stopcock. Try to identify and isolate the source of the leak and contact the landlord or his agent.

Water Supply – If you experience loss of supply, low pressure, water quality problems or want to report a leak call your water authority 24-hour helpline who have responsibility for all external mains up to and including your external stopcock:

Burglar Alarm

If the alarm at your property constantly sounds, reset the alarm using the code provided at the start of your tenancy. If you have tried resetting the alarm to no avail, call the alarm installer – the number should be shown on the control panel or alarm box. If resetting the alarm does not work and you are unable to contact the installer contact the landlord or his agent.

Locksmith

In case of an Emergency involving locks or keys call Andersons Locks 07900560328 or Colin Thompson & Sons 07976398071 or Wells Locks 07889599020 (Glastonbury office catchment area only). Neither the landlord nor his agent is responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a tenant damaging or losing any keys, locking themselves in or out of a property or damaging any locks. During office hours, subject to a key being held in the office safe, Jungle Property will on request visit the property to unlock the property for you. Alternatively, subject to a key being held in the office safe, a spare key can be provided in return for a Deposit of £20 cash per key. The £20 will be refunded in full on return of the key.
