British Gas record details of the service either on paper and/or electrically and possibly give a copy to the occupier and/or send a copy to the client and are available from British Gas on request. The service record is NOT a legal requirement unlike the Gas Safety Record. If you want a copy of the service record you will probably need to contact British Gas.
