For Full Management properties, the first periodic inspection takes place approximately one month after the start of the tenancy and every 3 months thereafter. At the discretion of the landlord or his agent, inspections may be relaxed to a less frequent periodicity.
Tenants are given a minimum 14 days notice in writing (e-mail or letter) of an inspection. If tenants wish to change an inspection appointment, we will be delighted to do so – inspection appointments can be rearranged:
- Using our online appointment request facility here – 24 X 7
- Using our online repair request system – for inspections managed via the repair request system – 24 X 7
- Contacting our office by phone – office hours only with voicemail outside office hours
Tenants do not need to be present for inspections.
