You do not need to provide any references directly to Jungle Property – our professional referencing company will obtain the necessary references on our behalf. Applicants complete the tenant reference application online and our referencing company take care of the rest.
The referencing company will typically seek references from any landlords the applicant may have had in the last 3 years (not just any current landlord) and current/future employer or accountant (where applicable).
For applicants with a pet, applicants may be required to provide a pet reference from any current landlord, letting agent or veterinary surgeon.
