Nothing – the utilities will all be connected at the start of your tenancy.
Jungle Property will on your behalf notify, at the commencement of the tenancy, any providers of any electricity, gas, oil and any other relevant fuels, water and environmental services to the property.
If your property has a prepayment meter to pay for gas or electricity, you will need a payment device (card or key) to use the meter. You should order a new payment device (card or key) from the supplier as soon as you move in to the property. We recommend you do not use any prepayment device left by a previous occupier.
