Under the terms of your tenancy agreement you should not keep or suffer to be kept in or on the property any living creature without the prior written consent of the landlord or his agent. Such consent will not be unreasonably withheld.

Where consent to keep a pet is given we ask tenants to:

I. Provide a pet reference
II. Provide information about the care of the pet – routine and Emergency
III. Agree to our Pet Policy which is attached to the tenancy agreement (Pet Policy Conditions here)

If you are paying (or have paid) a Tenancy Deposit of 5 weeks rent, there would be no additional Deposit for the pet. If you are paying (or have paid) a Tenancy Deposit of less than 5 weeks rent, there will be additional Deposit for the pet which will be the difference between the amount paid and 5 weeks rent.

Any variation to an existing agreement must be executed as a deed (i.e. witnessed).
