The landlord (or their representative) is entitled to access the premises to view their condition and state of repair and carry out any repairs the landlord is entitled to carry out subject to the following:

  • Access must be at reasonable times of the day;
  • The landlord must give 24 hours notice to the occupier;
  • The notice must be in writing.
