The granting of a tenancy will be subject to:
• Completion of Reservation Agreement and payment of Holding Deposit
• Completion of tenant reference application and satisfactory references (incl. any pet references and references from all landlords in the last 3 years)
• Provision of proof of immigration status
• Provision of proof of personal identity (drivers licence, passport or photo ID)
• Provision of proof of current address (bank statement, building society passbook, council tax statement or utility bill)
• Provision of pet information
• Clearance of funds for advance rental payment
• Clearance of funds for additional Deposit
• Review and signing of a Tenancy Agreement (the contract)
Only on completion of all the above will you be granted a tenancy.
