No – We will on your behalf notify, at the commencement and at the end of the tenancy, the local authority responsible for the collection of Council Tax and any providers of any electricity, gas, oil and any other relevant fuels, water and environmental services to the property. If you have not received a welcome letter from the local authority or relevant utility or service providers within 14 days of the commencement of the tenancy please contact Jungle Property.

If your property has a prepayment meter to pay for gas or electricity, you will need a payment device (card or key) to use the meter. You should order a new payment device (card or key) from the supplier as soon as you move in to the property. We recommend you do not use any prepayment device left by a previous occupier.

The providers of any electricity, gas, oil and any other relevant fuels, water and environmental services to the property will be provided with any meter readings recorded at the Check-In.

If we are unable to locate or access the utility meter at the Check-In we will notify the provider and request they arrange a meter reading as soon as possible.
