This is when we meet the prospective tenants at the property on the day the tenancy starts. During the meeting we provide you with prescribed (in law) information, test the alarms, check the property against the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report, take meter readings and provide you with keys and any manufacturer’s instructions for any appliances and equipment left at the property.
