Sorry we cannot explain your energy bill which will be a combination of the energy efficiency of your property, the amount of energy consumed and your energy supplier tariff.

Energy Efficiency

We make available a copy of the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) on property listings, and at viewings and provide a copy at the start of the tenancy. The EPC gives an indication of the energy performance of the property and indicative energy costs. A copy of the latest EPC for your property can be downloaded from EPC Register here or contact our office and we will gladly send you a copy – contact details here

Energy Consumption

To monitor your energy consumption you may want to consider installing a smart meter. Contact you energy supplier for more details.

Energy Tariff

To save money on your energy bills sIgn up for the MoneySavingExpert Cheap Energy Club which will find you the cheapest deal, constantly monitor your tariff and alert you when it’s time to switch again.

Faulty Appliances and Equipment

If an appliance or item of equipment supplied by your landlord has a fault, please raise a repair request using our online repair request system here Please note if an engineer is sent to investigate and carry out a repair and no fault is found you may be liable for the cost of the call-out.
