The tenant referencing company we employ use a combination of tools to collate date required for a tenant reference:
- Live data feeds e.g. from Equifax databases
- E-mail e.g. employers, accountants and landlords
- Telephone calls – e.g. follow-up responses/lack of response from employers, accountants and landlords
The referencing company provide us with a live audit trail (online and e-mail) of ‘all’ actvity associated with obtaining a tenant reference including names and contact details of persons they have contacted or tried to contact. We do not repeat what the referencing company have already done and been paid to do as a professional referencing company.
