No – Jungle Property will on your behalf read and photograph any accessible meters and gauges at the Check-In and notify, at the commencement and at the end of the tenancy, the local authority responsible for the collection of Council Tax and any providers of any electricity, gas, oil and any other relevant fuels, water and environmental services to the property.

The meter readings are also provided to the tenant at the Check-In.

Where a meter is not accessible e.g. waterlogged water meter, we will request the provider of the fuel or water attends and reads the meter on your behalf as soon as convenient after the Check-In.
