Landlords resident overseas must request HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) approval to receive rent with no tax deducted.
Unless Jungle Property receive approval, we will automatically deduct tax from rent collected and pass it to HMRC.
The approval number supplied by the HMRC is unique to each agent and is not transferrable between agents.
