Attics, lofts, basements, cellars, garages, sheds and void spaces are not usually included in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report and unless specifically excluded by a special condition in the tenancy agreement are for the exclusive use of the tenant – any possessions for a previous occupier found in such spaces that are not included in the Inventory and Schedule of Condition Report should be disposed of.
