No sorry – In order to apply for a tenancy you will need easy access to a device connected to the Internet and an e-mail account. If you do not have online access or have difficulty using a device online we recommend you ask a friend or relative to help. If it helps, you can reserve a property, pay fees and apply for a tenant reference online using one of our office laptops but you would still require access to an e-mail account for the duration of the start of tenancy process.
