The Applicant’s references will be deemed unsatisfactory if any of the following apply:
a) The Applicant fails to provide proof of minimum income as detailed in the written particulars for the Property
b) The Applicant fails to provide satisfactory references from all (if any) landlords they have had in the previous 3 years
c) The Applicant fails to provide proof of Right to Rent immigration status
d) The Applicant has adverse credit
