Under the terms of your Tenancy Agreement you are responsible for taking reasonable and prudent steps to adequately heat and ventilate your property in order to help prevent condensation. Where such condensation does occur, you agreed to take care to promptly wipe down and clean surfaces as required from time to time to stop the build-up of mould growth or damage to the property or its fixtures or fittings or contents (if any).

Condensation is by far the most common cause of dampness experienced by tenants in rental properties.
