It depends on the type and number of pets. Where consent to keep a pet is given we ask tenants to:
I. Provide a pet reference
II. Provide information about the care of the pet – routine and Emergency
III. Agree to our Pet Policy which is attached to the tenancy agreement (Pet Policy Conditions here)
If you are paying (or have paid) a Tenancy Deposit of 5 weeks rent, there would be no additional Deposit for the pet. If you are paying (or have paid) a Tenancy Deposit of less than 5 weeks rent, there will be additional Deposit for the pet which will be the difference between the amount paid and 5 weeks rent.
