Feedback is so important to use we give you two bites of the cherry to give feedback on a repair:

1. Survey e-mail sent automatically from the repair request system – Simply click on the link in the e-mail or if completing the survey at a later date, retrieve a copy of the last e-mail from our repair request system and click on the link therein.

2. Repair Feedback Please e-mail sent manually from Jungle Property when the contractor closes the issue in the repair request system.

Neither of the above require a password.

By default the e-mail will be sent to the person who requested the repair (typically the lead tenant) but should be copied to all other tenants in the property.
