Yes – the day the tenancy starts we provide tenants with lots of information including prescribed (in law) information. Information to help make the tenancy more enjoyable and help the tenants comply with the terms of the tenancy agreement is contained in the Tenant Information Pack also provided at the start of the tenancy.
