Each signer will sign the document separately and sequentially – as one signer completes the signing of the document, the document is automatically sent via e-mail (called an envelope) to the next signer.
Step 1 – Click on the link in the e-mail
The e-mail will have the subject ‘Jungle Property has sent you a document to sign‘ and will look like the image below. Click on the link in the e-mail that starts with the text ‘Please click here to sign the document…..‘
If any signer has not received the envelope it will be because the envelope has not yet been sent by Jungle Property, the signer before (if any) has not yet signed the document or the e-mail with the envelope is in the signers junk or spam folder.
Step 2 – Decline the offer of the tutorial
At the WELCOME TO SIGNABLE prompt select ‘No thanks’
Step 3 – Follow the prompts in the blue buttons
The signer will see a series of blue buttons in the bottom RH corner each of which will contain one of the following messages prompting the signer what to do next:

- ‘Next: checkbox’- for Landlord Initials/Tick or Tenant Initials/Tick
- ‘Next: date’ – use date picker
- ‘Next: signature’ – add signature by drawing, typing or uploading your signature
- ‘Next: text’ – add your name to the text box
In the example image below the signer is prompted to tick the checkbox next:
In the example image below the signer is prompted to add their signature next:
In the example image below the signer is typing their signature before confirming:
In the example image below the signer is prompted to add text (Print Name(s)) next:
In the example image below the signer is prompted to add a date next:
In the example image below the signer is adding today’s date using the date picker:
Step 4 – Submit the document
When all items in the document are complete, the text ‘All items complete‘ will be shown in the bottom RH of the screen and the signer will be prompted to ‘Submit Document’ by clicking on the blue button.
Once submitted the signer will see a message similar to this:
