There are several sources of information to help identify work required before you re-let a property:

Damage & Wear and Tear
• Observations from any pre Check-Out inspection reported to the landlord.
• Check-Out Report provided to the landlord after the Check-Out.
• Landlord (or agent) inspection post Check-Out.

Improvements
• Periodic inspection reports provided to the landlord during the current tenancy.
• Improvements may also be suggested from any pre Check-Out inspection, the Check-Out or from any viewing feedback.

Planned maintenance will be scheduled when due. Repairs will be addressed immediately they are reported or observed.
